[Sample requirements]
1. This test card is only applicable for testing dog serum/whole blood/samples.
2. Serum: Take 2-3ml of blood according to the conventional method and place it in a clean and dry test tube. Let it stand for about 1 hour. After blood coagulation, centrifuge at 4000rpm for 10 minutes. Serum naturally precipitates and separates serum. Require serum clarification, no hemolysis, and no contamination. Serum samples can be stored at 2-8 ° C in the short term and at -20 ° C in the long term.
3. Whole blood: Collect and use fresh anticoagulant whole blood on the same day. Collect and use whole blood without anticoagulants.
【experiment method】
1. Use a matching pipette to aspirate the prepared sample and slowly add 1 drop of serum, 2 drops of whole blood, or 2 drops of milk to the sample diluent (note: this step is very important and must not be added to the sample). Stir well and set aside.
2. Tear off the aluminum foil packaging of the test card, take out the test card, place it on a flat and clean surface, and use a pipette to take 2-3 drops (about 60ul) of the test solution obtained in step 1 into the sample well.
3. Leave at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to determine the results. The results after 15 minutes are for reference only.
